Irwin Hyundai responded

Belknap Hyundai sold this vehicle to this customer. Their statement regarding their experience is unacceptable if it were true. The employees of Belknap Subaru and Hyundai take great pride in our customer service and have very high scores from our customers for both our service and sales effort. Their assertion that we delivered a car to them in horrible condition is false. All items promised to the customer were delivered to the customer in the time frame promised. The one thing this customer from New York left out is that he did not possess the title for the trade in and after promising to send us the title once back to his home in New York, he did not return calls and did not produce the title he had promised to mail to us. After a fairly lengthy chase we finally secured the title so that we could dispose of the trade. Please do not judge our company based upon this review.
