I purchased a car over the internet, and when I received it the car has a crack in the windshield and the headliner was torn. They refused to fix or pay for either to be replaced. Finally, I was told they would split it with me and they never sent me a check. I call them now and they wont call me back. Worst dealership, and gives BMW a bad name. More
the reason I wouldn't recommend this dealership is because I was Lied to. When I purchased the car, I was told the tires were new (run flat tires). being a single mom and working two jobs, having that because I was Lied to. When I purchased the car, I was told the tires were new (run flat tires). being a single mom and working two jobs, having that kind of security (able to make it home for repairs vs. on the road stranded somewhere),was a selling factor for me. For approximately a year now, I was experiencing a low tire on occasion. The salesman told me I had run-flat tires, my monitor in the car gave instructions on how to drive with "my" run flat tires. Then I find out that I don't have that kind of tire when I took it in for repairs. So I took it back to the dealership only to be told that I turned down the insurance they sell for roadside assistance (which by the way were for run flat tires). I was told they would pay half for another tire,"if that would make me happy"...did I have a choice? I didn't think so. total bill $220.00, my half was $160.00. half? I don't think so. (if I was to have a flat on the highway, and I was under the impression I had run flat tires...if I tried to make it to a safe place to change my tire, it would've ruined the tire, possibly my wheel and other parts to my very expensive, luxury car.) Thanks Jackie Cooper for selling me a bill of goods that was not up to hype. While the car may be nice, the lies to sell me a pre-certified used car, didn't instill faith in my car "advisor". By the way, I was told the previous owner put a new windshield on my car too. When I told Jackie Cooper dealership that I couldn't get the sensor for the windshield wipers to come on, I was asked if I was "doing it right". I work at a place where thousands of people work. Word of mouth is good or bad advertising. What do you think I'll tell people now? More
Femi was very knowledgable about the X3 and throughly explained all the features on the car the day we picked it up. Our experience buying our BMW X5 was surprisingly pleasant. I have to admit I dread walking onto a dealership lot but our sales rep made it laid back and comfortable. I would definitely recommend J pleasant. I have to admit I dread walking onto a dealership lot but our sales rep made it laid back and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Jackie Cooper BMW to friends and family. You pay more for their product, but the quality is undeniable. Lavaughn "Nomo" was quite pleasant doing business with. Fred Hill made the financing quick and easy. He explained everything in detail which we appreciate. My husband has already commented that his next car purchase will be at Jackie Cooper BMW. More

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. Each vehicle has been for one of my kids or wife. All had warranty protection. I have always had optimum service from the service department!!! Not one ti vehicle has been for one of my kids or wife. All had warranty protection. I have always had optimum service from the service department!!! Not one time has a problem not been fixed to my satisfaction. The dealership is friendly and helpful, yet not over-bearing. Best dealership in town! More
This is probably the worst service I've ever received from any dealership or shop. I had a CPO warranty on my BMW and started to have random misfire problems starting December, 2008. My CPO ended Decembe from any dealership or shop. I had a CPO warranty on my BMW and started to have random misfire problems starting December, 2008. My CPO ended December 2009, and the problem still wasn't fixed. I have all records from the dealership and I ended up going there 15+ times. Each time they had my car for more than two weeks and sometimes for up to one month. This happened all year, and yet, the problem was never fixed. The first service adviser didn't seem to believe me in the beginning. It was a random misfire. There didn't seem to be any cause to why it was happening. This went on for about 4 months. Then the rest of the time i was dealing with the Service Manager and he didn't act like he believed me either. The craziest thing is that my car was spitting out all kinds of misfire codes. Several times they were hinting for me to get a second opinion! Needless to say, I've contacted BBB and they said the dealership doesn't participate in the program. I can't tell if the service department was just this stupid or just didn't want to fix the problem because it was under a certified warranty. So to this day, I still have random misfires and will never purchase or service a car from them. Ever. More
