"No Surprises "
Kerry and I have purchased or leased seven cars of varying marques from the Cooper Automotive Group since 1992, including four Nissans. Tim Hensley runs a good shop, and he has passed his experience, knowledge, and people skills to Michael Knotts, Brandon Willis and Tony Berger, all of whom were helpful in this lease and prior purchases. I consider Cooper employees from Greg Kach down to be friends who sell and service automobiles, and put up with me. I must also commend the Service Department, who may be responsible for more repeat sales than the sales staff.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to both Joe and Todd for the excellent customer service. This is the second car I was going to buy from Todd but he was with another customer and Joe stepped in to assist. Together they got me taken care of with Joe handling the sale and Todd running me though the car and all the features. Paul Edwards and Eric the sales manager made the experience welcoming, easy, and efficient. I REALLY appreciate the no hassle experience as I need time to try different cars and think things through. If it was high pressure I would not buy a car there. Liked texting.
