My Review of Jaffarian Toyota Volvo:
I had a great experience with my new car. There was a few little glitches that were few immediately and actually checked up on my concerns twice. I spoke to several people at the dealership and they were all great.
Louis was my sales rep and the deal went well the first visit, no hassels no games.
I traded in a new car and they worked hard to make my trade in work for me towards the new car.
I purchased a new Rav 4 and its great.
I would return to this dealership and will be for service and I would definately purchase another car from them when needed.
This was the easiest honest deal I have ever made, I feel good about the whole transaction.

My Review of Jaffarian Toyota Volvo:
I had a great time at the dealership...Even though it was late in the evening they were welcoming and ready to give me the best price possible. I was there the NEXT day to pick up my new car and off I went. Jim was excellent and Michael Kemp helped me out with my emergency break and I thank him for not laughing at me when I did not know where it was. I would definately receommend them as a great dealership.

Great and friendly service from the sales department. I was treated like royalty the second I drove onto the premise. They gave me a great feeling before, during, and after my purchase. Class act at Jaffarian Volvo and for sure will remain the best Volvo dealership on the east coast!

We were treated with the utmost respect and concern for our needs, we were given many options to satisfy what we were looking for at this time, and were able to come up with a number of choices and were able to make the best choice of vehicle given the needs and resources available. We were very pleased with this process. Never felt pressured to choose.

My Review of Jaffarian Toyota Volvo:
Sarkis is about as a professional cars salesman there is. He is thorough, committed, and a customer's best advocate. His new associate, Chris Angione, will benefit greatly from his approach and experience.

You should know my sole reason for choosing Jaffarian over other competitors in NH was two fold:
1)the company is owned and operated by Armenians
2)the reasonable price

Once I bought the car the problems with getting my bank to coordinate the loan and paperwork with you folks was really burdensome and I don't blame Jaffarian for that.

My Review of Jaffarian Toyota Volvo:
The sales staff kept in contact with us until our new car was located. They took the time to explain the new features of the car to us and assured us that they would be more than willing to assist us further whenever we had questions come up. Carl Rogers is THE BEST. Jaffarian dealership had a seminar on what new owners could expect from they even after the purchase of a car and we got to meet the parts mgr., the service mgr., and staff and a free oil and filter change just for attending one of these seminars. You can just about eat off the car service dept. at the end of every day. They had all their ducks in a row and shiny as well. Love the family atmosphere this place gives.

I am on my 2nd vehicle with Jaffarian, and I will return to buy a 3rd if needed.
All the employees are very proffesional as well as kind and friendly.
Jim Carver has been my sales person on both of my purchases....I do have to say he is an excellent sales person, and provides great service..But everyone else was also very accomandating...
The service is off the charts...I want to thank everyone at Jaffarian.

Carl was very well informed regarding the Prius. He was able to thoroughly explain the difference between the different Prius models, and how a hybrid works.

My recent purchase was the 4th purchase at Jaffarian and my 3rd purchase with Louis as the Sales Consultant. He is friendly, knowledgeable and is a pleasure to do business with. He will go out of his way to get you the car you want if need be. The follow-up from Louis after receipt of my car has been outstanding. The Service Department at Jaffarian does an excellent job as they have competent, friendly and helpful employees. If you are considering purchasing a Toyota, go to Jaffarian and ask for Loius! You will be happy that you did!
