Excellent Car Purchase Experience - Ask for Gian My best friend recently purchased 2 Range Rovers from another dealer in the area, which led me to look into also purchasing a new Range Rover. I went to my friend's dealer; however, after multiple trips, I did not purchase from the dealer, as I was not pleased with the dealer's negotiation tactics. When I told my friend about this, he immediately referred me to Gian Bojanovich, from whom he had previously purchased Range Rovers and who he thought of very highly. I called Gian, and he provided exceptional customer service. Gian made purchasing my new Range Rover seamless. More importantly, he was very professional in dealing with me on the purchase. I went back and actually did a test drive in the Range Rover Sport that I had my eyes on. So, here's the real kick-off... And her name is Cheryl. Simply put, Cheryl is awesome!... Misrepresentation I was not surprised when I saw a similar complaint to mine. Salesman took my deposit and was to hold the vehicle until I arrived from the west coast. In the meantime the dealership sold the car without informing me nor did they refund the deposit! I have had to make numerous calls in the meantime to try and resolve the problem. When I finally threatened legal action (something I normally abhor), the salesman Augie Borges stated "I look forward to it"! I have never seen anything like it.
