Brought my 2008 Mercury in to be inspected because alight came on. After inspection I was told a part needed to be replaced, and it would take an hour for the part to arrive, and that the price was 500 dolla came on. After inspection I was told a part needed to be replaced, and it would take an hour for the part to arrive, and that the price was 500 dollars. I was there for 2.25 hours in total and was charged for 4 hours worth of labor. When I called to clarify I was told actual time is not how they charge "its a flat price for the part replacement", however if it had taken 5 hours i surely would have been charged for 5 hours. More
Bought a used 2009 Porsche last month from them.Mr. Pham represented to me and they advertised the car as being in "perfect condition". Found out within 2 hours that the clutch was blown, the oil change they represented to me and they advertised the car as being in "perfect condition". Found out within 2 hours that the clutch was blown, the oil change they advertised was either not done or done improperly and the engine service light was on the whole time. I had driven the car back to New York when I left the agency. Mr. Pham at first said that this was all covered by their warranty. He later said no they were not but referred me to their used car manager who I called 4 times and surprise...I never got a response from him. Porsche in New York estimates the cost to make me whole is about 5000 dollars. It gets better . The 1999 Porsche I traded in when I got the 2009 was advertised the next week for sale. It was advertised as having within the last few months (when I owned it ) new brakes, rotors and tires. I also got in writing after they told my Investigator that the 1999 car also had a new clutch installed a few months ago. These are all bold face lies. None of these things were done by me and the tires are 4 years old.I am currently preparing a package for the Maryland Attorney General for this fraud and have already reported the first fraud to them. If you do not believe me go to Edmunds and look at other reviews. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

First they never returned my call, when I call them again, and again, and again people on the phone ware simply rude, additional questions via phone. Horrible - avoid this place like the plague. They sold me a Jag that had supposedly passed their 300 point quality inspection or some such BS. It broke down seven (7) times. I never walked so much as after I a Jag that had supposedly passed their 300 point quality inspection or some such BS. It broke down seven (7) times. I never walked so much as after I bought that Jag. After they had "fixed" it for the 7th time, I asked for my money back. Of course they have no integrity and so I had to sue them. After reading up on the case, the judge said "why is this case even in court?" He could not believe they wouldn't settle. Well, I won, but it was very hard. It's hard to find a lawyer who will take on a used car case, and he only did so since a Jag carries an expectation of quality (ha!). I got all my money back, and all my lawyer's fees. So to sum up - no integrity, no quality, and apparently nobody who knows how to fix the cars they sell. More
I leased a new Jag in March 2010 and couldn't be happier. I dealt directly with Jerry Jaffe (owner) and he was intentive and prompt. When my lease is up in two years , I will be returning to Manhattan Jaguar to lease another car. The lady in Finance (Kristen) didn't really know what she was doing, she was a bit slow, but we can't all be perfect. Other than thast, I am 100% happy. More
In January 2010, I leased a car, and Craig Faunce was my saleperson. He was outstanding. When I couldn't make it to the dealership to see the car that came with the colors I wanted, he drove out at night, saleperson. He was outstanding. When I couldn't make it to the dealership to see the car that came with the colors I wanted, he drove out at night, despite bad weather, and left the car with me to try out. He came to get the vehicle when I was ready to return it - no pressure. Craig, in fact, made several trips to my home in connection with the sale. Moreover, even after I leased the vehicle, he has continued to provide over-the-top, first-rate service. I am able to call Craig whenever I have a question about operating some aspect of the vehicle, and he immediately gets back to me. At one point, the car would not start after I came out of an appointment in Reston because it would not recognize my key. It turns out that there was a part recall that was causing this problem. I called Craig, and, within 30 minutes, he drove all the way to Reston to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to obtain a loaner car. Craig provides this service with the utmost friendliness and enthusiasm. I feel very well taken care of by Craig, and appreciate the superb service that has come with owning a car of this caliber. If you come to this dealership, definitely ask for Craig. More

He is without question the best salesman I have ever dealt with, including purchases of a new Mercedes E500, BMW M-6 and Range Rover Sport in the last six years. I initially was put through to Craig after an internet inquiry. Frequently that means pesky salepeople and a hard sell. Craig was perfect. He contacted me almost immediately, answered all my questions and waited for me to get back to him. I was a bit of a pest myself on terms, price, etc., and Craig handled it beautifully and worked hard to get me my price, which was less than the other competing dealers would offer. He also made several trips to my home to drop off cars for extended test rides. Perhaps most impressive is Craig's after-sale service. We had one maintenance issue with the car a month or two after we bought it. Craig drove a long distance (45 minutes each way) to my wife's office to swap cars with her and did the same to return the car. Recently we had a flat tire and Craig offered the same service to ensure we were not inconvenienced. I have learned to trust Craig (pretty rare these days!) and would certainly buy another car from him. More
I purchased a car from Craig Faunce. He promised the world in order to get the car sale finalized, offered to repair specific items, and even described how long it would take. When it came time to have world in order to get the car sale finalized, offered to repair specific items, and even described how long it would take. When it came time to have those repairs done, he denied everything. When he was confronted over this unethical behavior, he passed me on to another salesman who thought he would appease me by complimenting my looks. I have brought the car in several times with the hope of having the promised repairs done, and each time I was made to wait several hours and only a couple of repairs were completed. I was constantly told that I was wrong, and didn't remember correctly what was promised. When I attempted to resolve these issues with management, I was out-right ignored. My phone calls were not returned, and my emails were ignored. I recently found out from other customers of this dealership that Craig Faunce has a horrible reputation as a salesman (unethical, unprofessional, and dishonest) - I wish I had known that prior to purchasing my car. I am now hoping to find the owner of the dealership so that I can address my concerns with him/her. More

So I was surprised to see a Toyota Tacoma in the almost the exact configuration I was looking for. I called Brian and he was very helpful over the phone. I made the hour drive, and he met me at the door. We took the car for a spin and then came back and talked numbers. Even though the car was selling for less than 20K, I felt he was treating me the same as if I was buying a Jaguar that cost four times that. The price couldn't be beat and dealing with Kristen in finance was easy as pie. Great dealer, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a great car. More
THis dealership was very well organized, customer centric and pleasant to work with. They were helpful and aware of our particular needs which they readily helped us to achieve.
