From the initial inquiry I made via their well constructed website to the delivery of my new Range Rover, every employee I came into contact with went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. Samantha went out of her way to deliver our new car to our home two hours away from the dealership, on her day off. Brian DelNegro, the general manager, called me directly and made the usually painful figure part of the process fair, transparent and painless. What other dealership has a general manager who cares enough to become involved in the figures? Morgan was extremely pleasant and went over all of the paperwork with me via phone call prior to Samantha delivering the vehicle to my home. I will never buy a new or pre owned vehicle anywhere but Land Rover Fort Myers, and will proudly recommend them to friends and family. More

Even though a lot of dealerships refuse to talk to me this way or give me accurate figures, Dino and Scott were happy to help. Having had issues with my previous luxury vehicles I value that Dino positioned himself as the point of contact for all dealership needs. It's a nice feeling to have a liaison at the dealership and that your salesperson doesn't forget about you after the sale. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again. More

Everybody is happy to be working there and it shows in the fantastic service from all the folks that work there. Although Danny Ruiz is my salesman, all the salesmen say "hi Steve" , when ever I go there. That's how friendly a place it is. Danny is a low keyed GREAT salesperson and I would not buy a Jaguar from anyone but him. Morgan Kin is the financial person there. I see her after each car that I buy to do all the paperwork. She is very efficient and makes sure that I have all coverage and warrantees that I need. Also very low key sales person. I feel that I am in good hands with her. The service dept has a wonderful team to work with. I worked with Josh McKenzie over the years and since he has been promoted I work Melanie Perry. Both excellent technicians as well as friendly service people. Missy is the service receptionist and is a nice person to deal with. Candy and Noreen are the receptionists who answer the phone when I call in and are very pleasant people, making a very good impression on new potential buyers who call in. I consider all the people that work with Brian to be my friends. Feel extremely comfortable each time I go to the dealership. Sometimes I just drop in just to say hello to my friends.
