We purchased the car and Business Manager Morgan Kin completed the paperwork with us. She also was friendly and exceptionally helpful. She explained an extended warranty to us, but applied no pressure when we declined. In short, this was as pleasant a car shopping experience as we'v e ever had, and highly recommend this dealership. Best Car Purchase Experience The only reason I am writing this review is because my car salesman was so amazing. The moment I walked on the lot Derek was polite and courteous and The only reason I am writing this review is because my car salesman was so amazing. The moment I walked on the lot Derek was polite and courteous and answered my questions. He didn't talk excessively and just followed my lead of how I like to explore a car purchase. If it wasn't for Derek I wouldn't be driving my dream car. I hate salesmen and he was an angel sent from heaven. He allowed me to test drive right away and then helped me order the specific color and type of vehicle I wanted very easily and quickly. He also helped me add special features to my car to make it unique and look amazing. He also put me in a loaner car while I waited on my special ordered car to arrive and have the extra work done to it. If you are thinking of going to this dealership, ask for Derek Harp. Samantha's professionalism, saavyness, and positive attitude said it all right from the beginning. I knew she was someone who would be able to assist me in getting my needs met. After giving me a great deal on my 14' Range Rover on trade-in, Samantha suggested we customize a brand new 17' Range Rover, exactly the way I wanted it, and put me in a lease ( which makes a lot more sense for me). Long story short- After a week with a beautiful loner, Samantha delivered as promised! My new truck is so beautiful, exactly what we discussed, and more than I could have hoped for. I have never purchased a vehicle so fast and easy as with Dawn. We didn't haggle back an forth and there was no pressure put on us. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable with Dawn. We agreed to terms and went out for lunch while Dawn prepared all the paperwork. We were so pleased with our experience at Fort Myers Jaguar that we plan to return in October when we will be in the market for another new vehicle. More
