I am very pleased with the service I received from Land Rover Columbia. People always say, “don’t go to the dealer, they’re too expensive”. Yes the dealer does cost more but you must also take into conside Rover Columbia. People always say, “don’t go to the dealer, they’re too expensive”. Yes the dealer does cost more but you must also take into consideration that you get what you pay for. This dealer in particular takes pride in caring for your vehicle and it shows from the moment you call to make your appointment all the way through until you pick-up your car. Mike the service representative and the other intake guy, sorry can’t remember his name, provided stellar customer service. I mentioned a few things and they were addressed. I didn’t see an additional charge. The bottom line, I didn’t wait all these years to buy my dream car to not want it to perform and drive as good as possible. I look forward to driving my car everyday and want that feeling to last. Use the dealer, especially this one. More
