It never occurred to me that a “new” used car would leave the lot on bad tires. I am hardly laughing at the incredible expense of replacement tires, or the failure of you to come through on your good faith promise to repair rear lift gate. Or the fact that the car actually leaks when it rains. Heavily leaks! Shame on me again, but i seriously never considered an entity with such a sterling reputation would be so underhanded in their dealings. 10k Lesson learned cordially, Dan More

When you purchase a car the team is very attentive but why is it that now I have sold the car and in need of canceling all the warranty policies I cant get anyone to call me back.
