The sales person was fine but when I had a problem on a brand new car with the Bluetooth feature that didn't work, the dealership did nothing to rectify it. He was just so helpful and polite and friendly. Usely when I go to other dealerships or auto repair for some reason I don't get that invitive feeling like I did with Jim. He explained what I needed done to the car very clear and he help me by supplying me with a coupon book. I didn't feel like because I was a woman I was being taken advantage of. After I had left Jim I took my car immediately to another auto repair to see if they could beat the price and they did, but I just wasn't recieved well like I was at the Novi dealership by the service consultant Jim Cash. And for that reason alone I'm going to choice Novi service to do the work on my car. This other place was saving me $120.00 but I was happy with the customer service like I was with Jim Cash at Novi Dealership. More

I bought a beautiful 2007 XJ8 Vanden Plas, and felt that it was bought at the best price compared to 19 others in the 200 mile radius that I was willing to travel to. First of all, Jim Cash answered my questions via email. He asked me questions of the service that in which i was inquiring and gave me a complete price for parts and labor. Brought vehicle in for complimentary winter inspection. They brought an oil leak to my attention I didn't know was even know about, and corrected the problem.
