Now for the details . . . I did a nationwide Autotrader search for my Odyssey and what I found at Wilde was an outlier in terms of cost and quality (Carfax and appearances). I dealt with Kim via texts, emails and calls. At every turn, she answered my questions promptly, honestly and professionally. She truly went above and beyond -- taking extra photos and texts after-hours -- in order to allay this anxious buyer's concerns. What I appreciate so much is that she did this not for a $100,000 Maserati, but for a $10,000 Honda. She is, without exaggeration, the best salesperson I have dealt with in ANY industry. And when I had a minor problem with the car -- a latent defect that Wilde was not aware of -- they fixed it at no cost to me. I recommend Kim and Wilde with unrestrained enthusiasm.
