Always the best customer experience over the years until this time. Let's just say a comedy of errors caused me significant inconvenience. I took my grievance to the Service Manager, Luke Woodman. In addition, Joe noticed a few other details that needed attention and proactively fixed them. I’ve used Wilde Jaguar for fifteen years (purchases and routine maintenance) and have never been disappointed. Although the routine maintenance fees may seem a little high, the highly trained staff is worth the cost. More
One of the absolute worst places to have your car serviced...bad attitude and totally unhelpful...i serviced by FType R a few times...the door speakers were making a noise and they couldn’t fix it an serviced...bad attitude and totally unhelpful...i serviced by FType R a few times...the door speakers were making a noise and they couldn’t fix it and said there was nothing they could do..took it to an outside workshop and they fixed it in an hour...multiple other issues with this place..and on top of that the young Service rep who’ was very nasty and had temper tantrums too..NEVER go there again More
I am an a Business Attorney, in Sarasots 30 years. I own 8 vehicles, and purchase a new one every 18 months. I simply came in to have my Range Rover service walked out with a new Land Rover. I’ve never h 8 vehicles, and purchase a new one every 18 months. I simply came in to have my Range Rover service walked out with a new Land Rover. I’ve never had a smooth, no pressure, and easy transaction as I did with Mr. Sanchez I will surely buy another Land Rover within the next 18 to 24 months, and expect only to use Mr. Sanchez as my salesman. Further, all my clients will get referred to him when they are looking for a new vehicle. I can’t emphasize enough what a great job this young man did and highly recommend him to anybody who may read this. I also want to highly commend the finance manager, Dave, who is now my new best friend after this experience. If you don’t have a sense of humor, we probably should not work with Dave. 😉 George H. Service center manager needs an attitude check. I brought my vehicle in for a regular service and as I walked in to speak with someone, the service department was clearly very busy. I waited and wai I brought my vehicle in for a regular service and as I walked in to speak with someone, the service department was clearly very busy. I waited and waited and was greeted by Shayne/Shane- although "greeted" would be too nice of a term to use. Instead I was approached with "What do you need?". I explained what I needed and was cut off mid-sentence by her stating "K. someone will be with you shortly wait here." I understand a dealership can be very busy at times, but as I watched her run her department, It was obvious to me that clearly Shane is not only a horrible people person, but is either new or does not know how to run a service department. A manager Dripping with a "holier than thou" attitude is definitely something I could've lived without. Time for another dealership. More
