Joe responded promptly and included a brief video in his email introducing himself and said he would have the 2 vehicles fueled and washed and parked in front of the showroom for inspection and a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe was at the front door to greet me. He efficiently explained the differences between the 2 models and within a couple of minutes I was able to narrow my choice to the best model and was behind the wheel for a test drive.
