Jeremiah Hupka was very helpful and efficient. He made it an easy choice to buy from James Toyota. He found the color / model of Prius I wanted within 24 hrs and offered first-rate assistance on the purchase. Compared with other dealers in my vicinity, Jeremiah was by far the most professional.

My Review of James Toyota Scion:
I was driving around our local car country bouncing from dealer to dealer and ended up at James Toyota. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. I was greeted by a salesman, Colin Lee, who was more then willing to help me figure it out. He was up on the latest information. I purchased a 08 Corolla and could not be happier! From beginning to end it was a zero pressure transaction. I adore my car and would defiantly purchase another car from Colin again.

My sales consultant was Jeremiah Hupka and he was extremly friendly,helpful,honest,caring and made himself availible to me as often as I needed him. He was very patient in explaining everything to me and made the process of buying my wonderful new car as quick and easy as possible. Even after the sale was complete, Jeremiah Hupka check up on me and the car to ensure that I was completly satisfied. I could not have asked for better service from him and would recommend anyone to James Toyota Scion and Jeremiah Hupka as a wonderful sales consultant.

My Review of James Toyota Scion:
I went to James Toyota after speaking with salesman (Jeremiah Hupka) on the telephone, and determining they had the model and color (Highlander Sport) I was looking for. I went on a Saturday, without actually making an appointment, which I initially thought to be a mistake after seeing how busy they were. However, Mr. Hupka greeted my wife and I promptly, and asked if we could give him a few minutes. He found the vehicle I was looking for, and let us take a test drive while he finished with a customer. By the time we got back, he was ready for us, quoted us an extremely good price, which I was prepared to negotiate, but didn't need to. It was by far the lowest quote we had received on that make and model. We accepted, all paperwork was prepared without delay, and ther deal was done. Good price, fair negotiation, honest representation. That's all I could ask for. Mr Hupka also gaver us a thorough walk-thru of the vehicle, which I found him to be very knowlegeable. Overall, an easy, hassle-free experience.

When I decided to review my remaining car payments and the the value of my current car, it became clear to me that I needed to take some action. (My boyfriend has been nagging me to do this for a year) The time had come. The thing that all women dread. No, not gray hairs or even wrinkles, but having to go to a car dealer! Don't get me wrong, I love my Camry. While I didn't buy it at James, I have had it serviced there for the entire time and have been happy with the service I received. My boyfriend made a phone call and we went down about 30 minutes later. Just the thought of going into these places, the smell of tires and floor mats....it's enough to make a girl recoil. However, much to my amazement,it was as painless as it could possibly have been. From beginning to end, I was treated with great care. My salesman, Mike Rufo did a wonderful job. He was professional, knowledgeable and curteous. He answered all my questions and I walked out with the car I wanted at a fair price. EVERYONE we encountered, from the greeting to the delivery of my car was very good at their job. Who knew getting a new car could be so effortless? I've already recommended Mike and James Toyota to two of my friends.

My Review of James Toyota Scion:
As a woman buying a car for the first time by myself, I was a nervous wreck about being pressured but Mike made me feel so comfortable and at ease right away. He was incredibly helpful, never pushy, asked me all the right questions which helped me select the right car for me, let me test drive several models and answered all my questions. As far as price, I got an amazing deal!!! Both Mike and Norman (in finance) were so helpful when it came to finding the me the best deal in terms of financing. They really work together as a team to make buying a car a fun and stress free experience. I would absolutely recommend Mike Battaglia at James Toyota in Flemington to all my friends and family.

My Review of James Toyota Scion:
Had an absolute horrible experience here. The manager was argumentitive and very condescending. While in discussion with salesperson, Mike came over and talked down to my wife and myself. He inferred we didn't know what we were talking about and told us to try and match his deal somewhere else. While he was doing this, another manager, Joe I think, well anyway he was pretty fat and just sat there eating his lunch while laughing. We took this "dynamic duo" of managers up on their challenge to shop the deal and not only did we match it, we beat it by 350 dollars. Whatever Lia family member owns this horribly run dealership....great job on your choice of managers to run the place. What a great building, too bad its run by a couple of idiots. We will never return there for anything ever!!

We really enjoyed the friendliness of Angel and the other reps. who helped us. Angel went way out of his way to make us a good deal on our vehicle including holding the doors open past closing to ensure we had time to make up our minds and buy the car.

No Gimmicks or hassels, a treat to buy a car here!!! Jerimiah Hupka is a great salesman( not pushy- and very helpful). I strongly recommend James toyota in Flemington to all. They also have a great service department, and soon a brand new building next to the old one.
