I've bought vehicles and used James Wood's Service for over a decade. I'm very happy, but do wonder why the standard service appointments take so long. An oil change and a tire rotation shouldn't take 3 t over a decade. I'm very happy, but do wonder why the standard service appointments take so long. Terrible communication. I let several voicemails with no return call. I waited 4 hrs at the service department just to be told my backup camera not being visible at night I let several voicemails with no return call. I waited 4 hrs at the service department just to be told my backup camera not being visible at night can’t be fixed because gm had no solution. Also to look at the chip on my grill was covered under warranty More
