I think I was too brief with my last comment. Some backstory: I did my homework and knew the model, features, and trim level that I wanted before walking in the door. Kia of Janesville was the 4th Kia dealership I communicated with, but they were the first that dealt with me like they were working with me instead of just trying to get me into a car. All of the Kia dealers that I dealt with were exceptionally friendly, but Kia of Janesville were the best at listening to my needs first, then finding a match - instead of using tired sale techniques to shift my focus to a car that was ‘close enough to make the sale’. And, Kia of Janesville has the best (free) hot chocolate.
