I told them I was preapproved for a loan at Summit Credit Union at 8% interest rate. I stated this several times. Since they worked with Summit I thought it would be fine to handle things at the dealershi Union at 8% interest rate. I stated this several times. Since they worked with Summit I thought it would be fine to handle things at the dealership. Summit had also told me I could handle things at the dealership if they were a company that used Summit. When I got back to the finance office they had set me up with Landmark at 10.5% interest. They had also applied at UW Credit Union and Advia. Imagine my surprise when I got notices in the mail from Lenders I would never use and one I had never heard of. I believe my credit rating was damaged. I wish I had never walked into that dealership. I am looking into the legality of what was done to me. At the very least I consider their behavior lacking in good faith, unethical and down right shady. I did get my loan with Summit. More

I thought this guy was friendly and helpful at first, but now I see that I was incorrect. I contacted him the exact day of purchasing a vehicle from him, and the windshield had 2 cracks in it. The guy made now I see that I was incorrect. I contacted him the exact day of purchasing a vehicle from him, and the windshield had 2 cracks in it. The guy made it sound like he was best friends with the manager and that the windshield would be getting replaced, but that’s not what happened. He called me the next day saying they’ll only have a glass company fill the 2 cracks. Well the glass company showed up and was telling me how one of the cracks are in a terrible spot and that the windshield should be replaced. He said he will contact Kia to see if they’ll just replace it, but I’ve heard nothing back from them. Then I wanted to cancel my warranties a week after purchasing my vehicle and this guy is trying to charge me a service fee over the cancellation which I expected I had 30-60 days at the very least to cancel without being charged anything. I would never purchase from this KIA or this guy ever again. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle and it’s by far my worse experience. More
