I had a really great experience at Jeff Schmitt. I went in there not knowing too much about cars and the salesman did not pressure me into getting anything out of my league. On this review I rated #5 to all catagories. The Customer Service was met in all areas from the first greeting to the ending process of taking my 2009 Mazda6 home. The Quality of Work from the test drive of the car, informing me about options in financing, showing me around the facility, etc.. Friendliness started from the first greeting, not only by my sales person, Reggie Jackson, Jeff VanGordan ?sp General Manager and Todd(can't remember last name) Financal. I was acknowledged by other sales persons with a smile and friendliness even though I was being assisted by another sales person. My Overall Experience is one of total satisfaction with how smooth the process went and the extent that everyone went to ensure that all my needs and expectations were met in a personal and kind way. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way which I like very much. The Price of the 2009 Mazda6 was very acceptable to me - matter of fact - I was shock to get a one-owner, Certified car with only 32,000 miles with all the bells and whistles that this car has for the price of $22,995. I bought my first car at this dealership. Well, my first car that's completely in my name. And believe me, I was nervous. But I called ahead and made an appointment with Jesse Tenney. He showed me the car I wanted to see which I ended up not liking but he stayed patient and showed me another similar car with more features. I haggled with him over price and he remained patient. And finally we worked out at a price that we were both happy with and we started working on paperwork. I ended up being there until 11pm since I couldn't get in to even look at the car until around 7pm. The whole time, I didn't hear anyone complain about how late it was. They just wanted me to be able to drive my car home that night. Which I did. I have brought it back for oil changes and each time the service was great. Once I had to take it to get a factory recall completed and it took a few hours. And even though it was further than they normally cater to, they took me home so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. They have great employees and great service. Id recommend buying a Mazda any day from them. They really do love their customers! And did I mention that I LOVE my Mazda3? Its fits my needs perfectly. And being in Ohio, snow is a frequent hassle between the months of Nov-Feb and it handles amazing in the snow. I love it! I'm a very pleased customer! I also wanted to mention that these guys handled me very well during the sale of the car. I had been researching cars for months and I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. So I had nothing that I wished I had done differently. More
