Overall, our experience with Jeff Wyler Florence Buick/GMC was great! The salesman Dale Camfield worked with us to get the car we wanted. Brad Drew was the best car salesperson I have dealt with over my lifetime. He was very knowledgeable about the car I chose (Terrain), professional and personable. He took the time to bring various cars fo over my lifetime. He was very knowledgeable about the car I chose (Terrain), professional and personable. He took the time to bring various cars for me to drive during the snow and wanted to make sure I chose the car I wanted. Once purchased, he sat in the car with my to make sure I knew how to operate all the gadgets, including setting up my bluetooth and Onvia service. That was literally the first time over my years buying various cars I left the lot with such confidence. He also assured me if I ever had questions or concerns to call him, and stop by for occasional car wash while I was in the area. I am totally satisfied and love my Terrain!!! I had a plesant experience with other staff as well. Great customer friendliness!!! More

Always professional, courteous, have the car when promised. They do an outstanding job of service, perfom on what's the needed services, give you an overall inspections reprot and they dont try to ma promised. My wife Becky and I decided that we would check out a few dealerships with the hopes of finding the right car that met our family's needs. We're so glad that we chose to go to Jeff Wyler Buick/GMC first. Ron Daugherty was our sales consultant and was helpful from the moment we walked in the door. I was most impressed with the way that he listened to what we needed and helped get us exactly that. I was impressed with his consultative sales approach. He not only got us the exact Acadia we wanted, but he also worked hard with Jason the finance manager to get us the payment we needed. He understood that we needed to stay within our budget and he made that a priorirty for him as well. We did not pay a dime more than we wanted to. We will certainly refer as many of our friends and neighbors to the Jeff Wyler dealership and will insist that they come ask for Ron Daugherty. We've already decided that we will be coming back to the Jeff Wyler dealership when we trade in our other car later this next year. I brought my 2011 Regal in for an oil change. I I brought my 2011 Regal in for an oil change. I arrived at 8am and they worked on the car immediately. In the cuatomer lounge they had coffe I brought my 2011 Regal in for an oil change. I arrived at 8am and they worked on the car immediately. In the cuatomer lounge they had coffee, juice and muffins. The car was done in 35 minutes and I was on my way,a very pleasant experience. More
