It's All Good! Went to Jenkins Service around 1130 on Friday to have my windows tinted. Even though my appointment was made online less than 2 hours earlier, Keith A Went to Jenkins Service around 1130 on Friday to have my windows tinted. Even though my appointment was made online less than 2 hours earlier, Keith Andrews told me he would do his best to get my vehicle done. After calling the window-tinting person and checking his schedule, Keith got me a loaner and said he will have my windows tinted no later than Monday as there were other cars ahead of me. By 1645 that day (Friday), I received a call from Service saying that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Was I impressed!!! Keith ALWAYS delivers and that's why I always make my service appointments with him. Way to go, Keith! You're still the best! More

Recall service I had rec'd my recall notice for my Sonata recently so I called and set up an appointment. I asked how long the process was going to take and the gen I had rec'd my recall notice for my Sonata recently so I called and set up an appointment. I asked how long the process was going to take and the gentleman on the phone told me within an hour. My friend and I drove up to Ocala and after 45 minutes my name was called. Justin in service told me it was going to take an hour. I told him that that wasn't what I was told on the phone. He said he was sorry I was told the wrong thing. I couldn't wait that day so he set up another appointment for the following week, I drove up again to Ocala. When my name was called Justin had remembered me and he said he would get my car in right away. 45 minutes later the car was done. I just wanted to thank Justin again through this email and let the people know at Jenkins this is what I call great customer service. It's nice to know that there are still good people out there!!
