I tried two other Chevrolet dealerships before ending up with Jennings and until Jennings almost gave up on a chevy. I just wanted to get what I wanted, for a reasonable price in reasonable time with as lit with Jennings and until Jennings almost gave up on a chevy. Buying a car is stressful because you never really feel like you are getting a great deal, it's a competition to see who makes the most money and we (the consumer) is at a disadvantage without the inside costs. It's annoying to be made like we did so good you guys made no money. Peter was friendly, professional, and got me what I wanted without haggling or telling me I left him poor. I appreciated that treatment and have recommended him and Jennings. I do have one complaint- I don't love the constant emails there is enough emails forms and info in my life. More
Juan fixed the problem I was experiencing after a test drive. One time appointment can't beat that. Kudo's to all your staff especially to Juan who heard the problem and knew how to cure it. My son has a 2004 Trailblazer that was having 4-wheel drive problems. I brought the truck in a while ago and was told it would cost $500.00 to fix. My son did not have the money at that time. My husband took the piece out of the truck so I could bring it to your parts department to make sure that was the part that was broke. We were trying to find the part cheaper on line then have it installed by your dealership. The man in your parts department found out that the part number changed several times. He would NOT give the new part number to me and he DID NOT WANT TO GIVE MY PART BACK TO ME. I WAS SOOOOOOOOOO ANGER. After awhile he FINALLY gave me my part back. I left and WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. My son has had problems from the time he bought it! I wish my son NEVER bought this truck! HE SAID HE WILL NEVER BUY A CHEVY! More
Actually I have members of my familly who have been been purchasing their cars from Jenning's for years. We find that at all levels that Jenning's is the best of the best! Ever since Chris Hallenberg has purchasing their cars from Jenning's for years. We find that at all levels that Jenning's is the best of the best! Ever since Chris Hallenberg has been in sales and Kenneth Ward has been in service I have been going to them for all my sales and service needs. I am a very loyal person and when I develop a bond between myself and the people I deal with I continue to work with them at all times. So in this case it has been Chris Hallenberg and Ken Ward. Both of them have always gone above and beyond the call of duty to make my purchasing a car or having it serviced a win win situation for them and for me. I realize that there are many other people that make Jenning's the #1 dealership that it is and always will be. A positive sign that shows this to me as an owner of my own business is the number of years that employees have been employed by Jenning's and how happy their attitudes all are when I just wait at times to have my car serviced and am in the lounge while my car is being worked on. This is the same feelings that many other family members and friends have and why they are so loyal Jenning's Chevrolet. More
As always, good service . However, my primary concern this visit was a letter I received , dated July 6, 2010, regarding an extended warranty purchased December 17, 2009. GM, in its infinite stupidity, d this visit was a letter I received , dated July 6, 2010, regarding an extended warranty purchased December 17, 2009. GM, in its infinite stupidity, decided NOT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY SOLD, neither the period of time nor the price. I find it very strange that it has taken 6-1/2 months to notify me of this deceitful act...during which time they had the use of my money and I HAD NO WARRANTY..as noted on my copy of the service sheet of July 20,2010. I spoke to Bob DiCicco and to Jim Walsh..they could offer no assistance other than writing a 3 year warranty and refunding a partial amount. I have been a loyal GM customer all my life as well as most of my family members and friends, and as recently as last week I highly recommended Jennings Chevrolet as a customer oriented facility. I am disappointed amd frankly scandalized at what, in all good conscience, appears to be a fraud perpetrated by the Upper echelon of General Motors. Due to the economic issues of the past several years, GM should be cognizent of what constitutes good will and good customer relations. This action is certainly NOT indicative of same. A new car dealership is a new car dealership - a one time experience - but - Jennings service is worth its weight in gold. Dealing with Ken, Chris and Mac is what makes me coming back to Jennings to purchase experience - but - Jennings service is worth its weight in gold. One of the better dealerships I have been to. I got the best price for my trailblazer. When you walk in you are not hounded by saleman.
