My Review of Jennings Chevrolet:
Jennings Chevrolet always has the best price on all the trucks I have ever purchased. The staff is friendly and out to please. I am treated like a friend. Other dealrships don't come close to Jennings in any aspect or their operation. I stopped at several to get comparison pricing and the sales staff seemed disinterested. I have given straight 5's on all the ratings, because this is how a dealership should be run. Thank you, Bob Knox-Knox Swan and Dog LLC

Although I did not purchase a car yet, I just wanted to let you know my experience with Debbie was one of the most pleasant I have had buying a car. The car may not be the best price but I would conceder purchasing it anyway because of her.

This was my family's first visit to Jennings Chevrolet and we would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our sales associate, Jason Adler, was great to work with. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles and did a really nice job working with us to negotiate a great deal.

I came to Jennings to buy a used VW. Jerry Perberg knows his product, listens well, and provides knowledgeable answers. Thie makes it much easier to close a deal without being pushy. The dealership does not bait you with a price and then try to pad it with extras you would think are already included. They follow through with what is promised and as a salesman that is much appreciated. I've needed to call Jerry a couple times after bringing the car home and he is always available and has the information I needed. He'll take good care of you, too.

My Review of Jennings Chevrolet:
I had a tremendous experience shopping for my new car at Jennings Chevrolet! Pete Burwell helped me find the car that best suited my needs. Coming into the dealership I wasn't sure about what exactly I wanted to go with or even if I wanted to buy a new car for sure either and Pete was very receptive to that and gradually showed me some of the newer Chevrolet models. I liked what I saw, but for what I wanted included and what I was working with as far as my budget goes that maybe a used car was more up my alley.

Pete took me out onto the lot and we test drove quite a few cars before the day was through. I was quite impressed with how much Pete knew about all the vehicles we test drove. I was expecting him to be quite knowledgeable when it came to the Chevy brand vehicles, but what blew me away was just how much he knew about every used vehicle we looked at in the lot.

Once I came to my decision on which car I wanted to go with Pete helped me fill out the financing paperwork. After a little bit of time it came back that I was going to need a co-signer on the loan so I was going to need to get in contact with someone in order to do so to finalize the deal. It took a bit of time to get someone to the dealership to co-sign and under normal circumstances this would be quite embarrassing and uncomfortable, but Pete was quite understanding of the situation and kept me company while I waited.

After some time we were able to get a family member of mine in to co-sign and get the ball rolling on the deal, at that time Mr. Treville stepped in to finalize the paper work. He was quite personable and had a great sense of humor. He got me a great loan on the car keeping the interest rate lower than I had expected it to be coming in.

After all the paper work was signed off on the dealership was about to close. I figured I'd grab the keys and take the car as is, but Pete told me that he would prefer it if he allowed the service team do a full inspection on it first. He said he would not feel comfortable with me leaving unless he knew with out a shadow of a doubt that everything checked out. He stayed with me the entire time the vehicle was being inspected and this was after all the other sales reps had already gone home for the day. It was really cool of him to stay after like that on his personal time to insure that I had been completely taken care of. Pete also gave me a follow up phone call to see how everything was running the next day.

To conclude I must say that between Pete Burwell's dedication to delivering the absolute best service and Mr. Treville's helping hand with the loan process, I would have to say I would most definitely recommend Jennings Chevrolet to future car buyers and I will definitely be a return customer.

My Review of Jennings Chevrolet:
Jennings Chevrolet is the place to buy your next vehicle! We traveled from southern Ohio to the Chicago/Glenview area to purchase a certified pre-owned 2011 AWD Chevy Traverse LT. We are extremely pleased with the vehicle and with the service we received at Jennings. We would have given five stars in all categories, but we did have some hiccups in the process. However, despite these unforeseen issues, Jennings definitely went the extra mile to make things right. Specifically, the manager ensured we were pleased and Jerry Perberg provided exceptional service. They were both very courteous, honest, and fair. Jerry even e-mailed and called us the following day to make sure we made it back to Ohio safely!

Often people have concerns when buying a new (or new-to-you) vehicle. The process can seem intimidating and people fear they will be taken advantage of or make a choice they regret. We can say with confidence that if you go to Jennings, this will NOT be the case! You will receive the vehicle that you want, as described, at a great price, with exceptional customer service.

Moreover, we were traveling with our three young children and the dealership was very understanding and accommodating. Our children especially enjoyed the popcorn and bottled water, as well as the designated play room. All of the employees were very kind to our children and made what could have been a long, dreadful experience a rather enjoyable one both from their perspective as children and our perspective as parents. Thank you, Jerry for your time and generous service! You made our trip to Chicago worth the time and money we put into the trip!

Go to Jennings! You will be glad you did!

My Review of Jennings Chevrolet:
I was looking to replace my Suburban after it was totaled in a crash. I shopped many dealers, close to 100 throughout WI and IL. I was not impressed with most of the dealers or sales people. I drove 80 miles to look at a suburban after having spoken to a sales person by the name of Adel Ubeid. Adel was very pleasant and respectful over the phone. From start to finish Adel was very polite, honest and respectful. He nevre tried to pushed me into a deal, nor was he heavy handed. He worked with me on a price that I was happy with. Most dealers don't budge and are insulting. He was the nicest sales person I have dealt with in many years. I have told other people of the experience I had and continue to recommend Adel Ubeid and Jennings Chevy to everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. Thank you Adel and Jennings Chevy.

My Review of Jennings Chevrolet:
I purchased a new Equinox at Jennings. I was impressed with the way I was greeted every time I walked through the door. I worked through Internet Sales and had Adel as my salesman. He was attentive, concerned and kept in contact during the weeks before I bought. He wasn't pushy as I've come to experience with some car dealers. I got a fair price, a great car and I owe it all to Adel. He didn't play the usual 'games' that car salesman have been known to do. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining all of the features of my car and I appreciate his care and concern. It was the best buying experience of my thirty ywears of buying automobiles.
