sales man was really nice and did not put a lot of pressure on me to buy. Service on the other had, horrible. Taking my CPO car for the fourth time to get the same problem fixed. Service managers are arrogant and rude. How hard is it to have a positive attitude with a customer. Asked specifically NOT to wash car several times and the rep claimed i said otherwise.
