Sales people are too glib, but irregardless the cars are in excellent shape and are serviced before being out on the lot. The warranty and extra services are also excellent. I walked in not knowing what to do at all. This was my first time buying a car off the lot. Jordan greeted me at the door. He was very hospitable. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately pulled up 4 options for me to look at. All 4 exactly what I asked for but with different features. He knew his way through the steps and walked me through each one with ease. I feel like this was a smooth transaction and I highly recommend the company and Jordan when looking into buying a new car! The paper work was a breeze, they worked circles to make everything happen as quickly as possible. It was a huge plus that my bank, SECU, is just right next door! While they worked on getting my credit report I was able to call the bank and get everything in order over the phone so when everything was ready all I had to do was go next door, cross some T's and dot some I's. I even received a follow up message from Jordan to ensure that I was happy with my new car! EXCELENT CUSTOMER SERVISE! OTHER COMPANIES SHOULD TAKE NOTES!!! More
