We were able to get our car in right away for service. Most other places make you wait a few days. The service staff are very friendly and they keep you informed of their progress via text message. Dealership was outstanding- they replaced a catalytic converter within 3 hours and Troy kept me updated on the progress the technician was making. A very clean waiting room and restroom as well. Of not converter within 3 hours and Troy kept me updated on the progress the technician was making. A very clean waiting room and restroom as well. Of note is we did not purchase our vehicle here but they had no issue in repairing the under warranty issue. SO PLEASED! More
