I just bought my second Kia from Jim Butler, with Cheryl as my salesperson both times. I love that she listens to my wants vs my needs, and can come up with the best car for me. I brought my vehicle in for oil change, rotation etc before a trip. I advised Keith my brakes were grinding and to let me know what was wrong. He told me I had half brake pad left and was fine. My jeep co tinted to grind the whole way to Texas, my wheels became covered in brake dust and my wheels were extremely hot. I had to drop off my jeep while on vacation and they immediately told me it was unsafe to drive. I am not stuck 800 miles away from home with no vehicle and now I need new calipers, pads, rotors etc. how the heck did yall let me leave and drive my vehicle away from your dealership. Yall are lucky I didn’t catch on fire. Not happy. More
