Victor was personable, knowledgeable and overall cared about my purchase experience. He was forthcoming, transparent and did not pressure me to make any hasty decisions. I highly recommend the Jim Ellis dealership, especially using Victor as the salesman, and would buy another vehicle from them anytime. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from your dealership, and I wanted to express my disappointment regarding some issues I encountered during and after the purchase process. On day three of owning the vehicle, I wanted to express my disappointment regarding some issues I encountered during and after the purchase process. On day three of owning the vehicle, I experienced problems while operating it in 4-wheel drive mode. During the purchasing process, I was informed that only one key would be provided. I understand that it is possible to purchase a vehicle with only one key; however, I believed it would have been courteous if this information had been disclosed to me prior to making the purchase. Additionally, I was taken aback by a comment made by one of your sales managers. When he observed that I was carrying two cell phones, he sarcastically asked if I was a drug dealer. I responded by stating that I am simply a hard worker. Although the sales manager later claimed his comment was a joke, I do not believe it is an acceptable remark to make to a potential buyer. I would appreciate it if I could get a proper resolution to getting a working truck. More
