Keely Johnson at Cobb County Kia deserves a rating of 10 all around! A rating of 5 is not even close to what she deserves for all that she did for me. They did not have that sales person attitude where they just try to get you in any car to make a sale. They were patient and took their time and checked every tiny little detail out to make me feel confident in my purchase. My wife and I are just out of bankruptcy. We were contacted by K.B. from the Cobb County Kia dealership when I filled out a generic "get a car loan" form online. In speaking to him on the phone, I ex contacted by K.B. from the Cobb County Kia dealership when I filled out a generic "get a car loan" form online. In speaking to him on the phone, I explained that we were considering a car purchase and that we would have a trade in on a car we owned and didn't owe on, but had no down payment money. I made the appointment for my wife and I to come in and meet K.B. Upon arriving we were greeted promptly, and then met shorty afterwards by K.B, who then turned us over to Danny for the sales process. K.B. did remember specifically which car I had inquired about, a 2012 Fiat 500C. Danny was very relaxed and low pressure throughout the process. He was not defensive at all when i took a hard stance on certain things that were non-negotiable to me, and he was able to work with us to get the deal done very quickly. All total, we spent about 2 hours getting a test drive, the entire deal done and car delivered, which is about as quickly as I've ever gotten out of a dealership when buying a car. There were no surprises or anything else that made me suspect any type of deception or typical sales-sliminess from Danny or anyone else at the dealership. A good experience overall on a rainy Sunday. More

I have purchased many vehicles in my 66 years, but this was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I must admit that I am to blame for being "taken" by Joshua White but this fast talking (literally was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I must admit that I am to blame for being "taken" by Joshua White but this fast talking (literally) salesman did exactly that. He told us the vehicle had features that we found out after paying for the vehicle and driving it off the lot, that it did not. At first he denied saying that he told us the car had those features, then later recanted and got the sales manager to talk to us. Greg Cohen, the sales manager, told us he would work with us in finding the car with the features we thought we were getting and that he would call us in a day or two. That is the last we heard from him or from anyone at Cobb County KIA. They also failed to follow thru on filling the tank with a complimentary fillup as they said they would, never called to sehedule the installation of leather seats, or for the headsets that were supposed to be ordered for the entertainment system. Joshua was very emphatic that we go on this website to give him a 5 star rating. He even wrote on the note he gave us to find this website that we should "lie" to make him look good. Well, Joshua gets a 5 star rating for lying alright. I've waited over a week to write this because I wanted to cool off and think about this before I posted it, but my wife and I finally decided that we need to do this. Then before I began writing this I looked thru all of the past ratings and saw the many instances where others described the lying and dishonesty that they experienced. One rating mentioned the Better Business Rating, so I look it up and found that Cobb County KIA has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had looked that up before I went there.
