The most pleasant oil change I’ve ever had. I was able to sit a table in the showroom and get some work done. Terrible communication and customer service. Did not return any phone calls, was given the run around every time that I called. Was told 2-3 days for work to be completed, ended up being 10. I have a 2013 Sorento. Jim Ellis Kia did almost all of the maintenance 'til the 10 year warranty ran out. It's still in tiptop shape thanks to Kia service.
