I had oil change and some minor repairs Everything concerning the dealership was great! They even installed my chrome exhaust that was never put on for free. My only issue was with the wheel and tire protection warranty that was sold to me that according to my sales person and sales manager covers anything that can happen to it to my wheels or tires. I caught a curb with my wheel and scraped it and was informed that was not covered. Had I know that I can to drive over a land mine for the coverage to kick in I would have saved my money. I should point out that I bought the vehicle and was sold the garbage warranty from a different dealership. I feel duped, and I shouldn't feel anything but happy and well taken care of when I throw 86K down on an Escalade. I still feel someone should take care of those rims, Ive had similar issues with Mercedes before and they did not hesitate to take care of me. More

Exceptional Service I purchased an vehicle this January with a sales person by the name of Terrance. As I was ready to depart from the dealership, a defect in my radio was noted. The dealership won't let me leave the site until I was satisfied.
