Everyone is nice enough, but got frustrated that there was no communication about the status of my car. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I did have many things to be taken care of, didn' was no communication about the status of my car. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I did have many things to be taken care of, didn't think it was two and a half weeks worth. I called the. Again, "oh one part is on national backorder, don't know when it will be in. You can pick your car up a d we will let you know when it comes in." I wonder how long I would have waited if I had not called them. More
