Took my 67 power stroke here to get an oil change with my provided oil and filter. I also asked the tech who is checking my truck in to have them look at an oil leak under the hood on a vacuum hose. He said he would write it down. and that I could pick it up in a couple hours. This was at 8 AM during the course of the day I received a message that they recommended a few services to be done. I approved one and denied the other. I called at 4:30 PM because I had not heard anything and the service lady said it’s ready. I go to pick it up and mind you I was quoted 160 for the coolant flush and 60 for the labor for the oil change with customer provided material they tried to charge me 480 four the coolant flush that I agreed to the fuel filters I did not agree to, and for an oil change with oil and filter provided by them. They also did not look at the oil leak under my hood, as there was no note of it while trying to get my bill fixed with the lady at the payment counter. She seemed short and irritated, after about 30 minutes I finally got everything corrected and paid for my maintenance service. Seems like a lack of communication between the departments in there.
