For the second time my experience was better than great Today was the second car I have bought from Doug Mooney at the Ford Lincoln location in 2 years. The first car I bought was an easy experience with Doug although that was my first experience of meeting Doug. A year later Doug called me just to see how I was getting along with my Fusion and if I had any questions. When I had my car for 2 years, I decided to trade,, I got in touch with Doug, told him what I was looking for. Since I am a working single lady, my time like everyone's, is limited to taking time to go to dealerships and test driving cars.. We had a lot of communication back and forth with text / phone calls, he asked the questions, I gave the answers. Doug didn't quit or try to talk me into something with less "wants" , he kept trying and did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. Within a few days he had a car with all my wants sitting at the location for me to try. He even accommodated me on scheduling a time that worked for me to come in and sign papers. Today I drove off the lot with an Escape, white just like I ordered and all the wants I requested. Now that is a happy lady twice in 2 years. Thank you Doug Mooney More

It only required a quick advance visit with Doug to determine what features we wanted on our vehicle and what colors. We received a call in less than 48 hours that he had found what we wanted and and what day it would be available. Really fast work!! The car was what we were looking for and he gave us a thorough education on all the new features. His help every step of the way made it a pleasurable experience. He then set us up with Marc Weiner, Business Manager, to handle all the paperwork. Again, a smooth ride with knowledgeable help on every step and every financial decision. I don't believe we will ever deal anywhere else. Doug Mooney and Marc Weiner are consummate professionals and have your best interests in mind. Terry Sells gives you confidence that he will be watching out for you every step of the way. A great team!!! More

We spent over 4 hours test driving many vehicles for my kids and he never once made me feel like I was wasting his time or pressured to make a sale. He was very conscious about my price range and finding the best car to fit our needs. His advice was spot on, my kids love their "new" car! He even took time out of his busy day to keep them occupied with a game of UNO when we returned the following week to sign the paperwork. More

Extreme Dissatisfaction With Online Sales At JM Ford I am a California Resident, and had the misfortune of dealing with Joe Machens Ford. When looking for a Chevy Caprice, I inquired about the two 2011 C I am a California Resident, and had the misfortune of dealing with Joe Machens Ford. When looking for a Chevy Caprice, I inquired about the two 2011 Chevrolet Caprice PPVs That JM Ford had in stock. I was informed by Mr. Jason Lane that Joe Machens had two cars, one with 105,000 miles and one with 121,000 miles that they were asking the same amount of money for. I expressed my interest in the lower mile Caprice and to negotiate a price/shipping for the vehicle to my residence here in CA. Moments after, I was informed that the lower mile Caprice was just sold, and only the higher mile unit was available. Upon hearing this, I begrudgingly accepted to buy the higher mile unit, with promises by the seller that the vehicle was, aside from the mileage, functionally identical to the lower mile vehicle. With this assurance, I decided to buy the car and send payment/ sign the paperwork that was fedexed to me. After the transaction was completed (on paper at least) I was browsing the JM Ford website, and found a photo of the dash of my new vehicle that appeared to be showing a Traction Control Light. THIS PHOTO WAS NOT ON THE EBAY AD. I asked the seller to confirm the light was on, and he sent me a photo showing that the light was in fact lit, and because I bought the car "as is" I should have expected problems from a used car, even though prior to sending payment, I was sold the vehicle as "functionally in great condition" and "identical to the other, lower mile unit aside from the odometer", which did not have any lights shown on the dash or any issues based on the provided photos on eBay or your website. He also informed me of a wheel imbalance issue at this time, another fact that was not included in my inquiry of the vehicle's condition prior to the sale. All in all, I feel that Mr. Jason Lane purposely withheld information from me in order to sell a car in poorer condition than the car I inquired about for the same price. After receiving the vehicle two Saturdays ago and attempting to diagnose the problem, it has become evident that the EBCM is faulty, and will be a high three to low four figure repair for a problem that was hidden from me during the sale of the vehicle. I feel that a combination of half-truths, deceitful sales tactics, and complete fabrications have led me to own this Chevrolet Caprice, and I am completely and thoroughly dissatisfied with the lack of honesty and integrity exhibited by Mr. Jason Lane through phone and text correspondence. They spent numerous hours working with me to find me the best match to get me out from being upside down on a vehicle that i was in. They took their time and looked at all options available (trade in $, cash back offers, rebate offers). What I didn't understand, they explained to me. Very professional, very respectful people. The salesman I worked with was OUTSTANDING. I wouldn't have wanted to spend my time with anyone else. I am so thankful I was blessed with him as my salesman. Very fun, very respectful, very caring. Didn't make me feel like anything was out of the question yet explained if so. Very friendly and make me feel right at home. As far as respect to customers I would highly recommend Joe Machens Ford, 1911 W Worley, Columbia, MO to anyone. Though I did not deal with all of the salesman there, the salesman I had was fantastic. The finance department was very comforting to work with as well. Thanks JMF!!! More
