We take measures to assure the safety of our customers' vehicles and our own but unfortunately some circumstances are out of our control, as in the case of your vehicle being stolen. Our Service Manager was in error when he assumed your complimentary loaner vehicle, the 2014 Avalon, was in your possession at the time of the hail storm. I know this matter was cleared up quickly.
