Chris provided me an excellent quote online for a new Acura TL. When I arrived at the dealership for a test drive, Chris had the car ready for me to take out for a spin. I was impressed with his professionalism and he appeared very knowledgeable of all the features of the car.

When I decided on the purchase, Chris introduced me to Paul the finance manager. When going over the numbers, Paul explained things in detail and made sure I understood everything making my car buying experience painless.

Dale and Chris provided an excellent Internet purchase experience on a almost-new 2012 Acura MDX Advance (<5000). Dale was very pleasant and straight forward to work with via email and over the phone. I made this purchase completely remotely and then flew in from Minnesota to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described and advertised. Chris was kind enough to pick me up at the airport making the entire process very smooth and easy.

Thanks guys, I will consider Joe Rizza Acura for my next purchase (even considering they are out of state).

By far the best experience with a car dealer I have ever had. No run-around, no trying to add random charges. Worked out the price over the phone, got there and that was the price. Other dealers tried adding thousands of dollars in "dealer installed accessories", they agreed to a price + tax, title and license and that was the final price. Highly recommend this dealer.

Ted and Denise made this the easiest car buying experience ever. Everything was ready and waiting for us when we got to the showroom. The RDX we were considering was washed, polished and ready to test drive as soon as we got there. Denise was especially attentive to us, ensuring that we got the best price possible for our trade-in as well as for the model we were thinking of purchasing. Honestly, we were just coming to look at the car but decided to buy on the spot because we knew we wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else.

Kudos to Ted as well. As a long-time friend, I'd often heard all the stories about how he bends over backwards to help local Acura owners with their service needs to make it as simple and easy as possible. This time we got to see it in person as I know he worked closely with Denise to get everything set up for us. And frankly, Ted was the only reason why we even considered purchasing an Acura. You don't get customer service like that anywhere else!

This was great experience I did find my car on yahoo I called Dale at Joe Rizza Acura
He was very helpfull I drove 300 mile and I will do that agane if I have to and I recommend this dealer very much
I love my 2010 Nissan Altima ls the price was god compare with Dealers here in Michigan
O one more thing if you find you car u don't have to drive there u just have them deliver that much trust you can have on them

I've bought my last 5 vehicles there , and as long as mark berry works there rizza Acura will always get my buisness! There was a shorter older guy with grey hair and I believe Ted who did paperwork with me , we're also part on my last 5 purchases. U guys r awesome , took great care of my wife n kids, and just make it easy to trade in and buy! See u in a couple years guys, and thanks again for the awesome Toyota Siena . The kids love it.
