Excellent and Expeditious Service Had brought in 2006 Acura TL to have tire rotation done. Tested afterwards and found all 20 Lug Nuts were way too tight. I have a 4 point Lug Wrench a Had brought in 2006 Acura TL to have tire rotation done. Tested afterwards and found all 20 Lug Nuts were way too tight. I have a 4 point Lug Wrench and it was necessary for me to STAND on the arm and use my full weight (175 LBS) to get the Lug Nuts to release so that I could tighten them to the correct Wheel Nut Torque with my Torque Wrench. This caused two of the arms on the Lug Wrench to bend thus ruining it. I discussed the matter with Eric Spencer and requested that the Dealership replace my damaged Lug Wrench. He not only replaced it, but replaced it with a top of the line Chrome Plated 4 point Metric Lug Wrench and very quickly. It is refreshing to find a business that clearly values its customers and is committed to providing 5 Star Service - they treated me the way I would have treated myself. More

Theyre dishonest in theor pricing and especially if you finance the vehicle, they will MOST DEFINITELY change your armotization. They will present you with a payment plan and ask you to sogn. That it's jist a "range" not actual figures. Then later they'll bring you some agreeable figures and ask you to sign if you agree. Later on in the finance office, after paying the nonrefundable deposit. You will be confronted with the 1st payment plan that you signed. Not the 2nd one whulich you actually consented to. It's a trick they use. More
