The Customer Service was great. They were very helpful and friendly. I had new breaks put on and the transmission flushed and it was ready in 1.5 hours. Jesse has always been very honest and fair about what I needed to take care of and what could be put off for future dealings. Very professional staff, reviewed services and price quotes (and it was really what they said it would be!) My car is running great, and the brakes don't squeak anymore! Richard seemed to know exactly what was wrong when I tried to describe it, and he told me that it was most definitely fixable! (I'm blond, but even I didn't think brakes were supposed to squeak! lol) I even got it back before promised. Everyone was nice and friendly. For one of the first times, I felt I was treated the same, as if I was a guy and didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. That's a rarity with car dealerships, and especially in the service area. No one tried to push a whole bunch of extra things at me that weren't needed, AND I will never take my Accord to ANY other dealership. More
