Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Service won't answer my calls or call me back. My brand new kia k5 gt has been at the dealer 3 times in under 1500 miles. I still have chips in the paint that weren't taken care of and I was told theh would be. My car is at the dealer now for 2 weeks with no movement, no call or update. If they only communicate the experience would be a lot better and make me feel better as a buying customer. The mechanic also took my car 85mph + while test driving. Service manager Shawn laughed as he told me he told the mechanic to slow down. Nothing else was done. I hope that nobody else has this experience like I have. It's created a lot of stress as I'm now at 600+ in rentals. I call even the general manager and left 5 plus messages with no callback. It's almost unreal how they do this to people and nothing happens. More
