Easy and stress free I started with an on-line chat about the new Giulia, I usually stay away from any inquiry like that because I know I will spend the next month fending I started with an on-line chat about the new Giulia, I usually stay away from any inquiry like that because I know I will spend the next month fending off over zealous salesman. Johnson Alfa couldn't be further from that. Rob invited me in for a zero pressure test drive. And it was. We met him, talked about the brand, his dealership, all in a friendly easy going way. Drove two of his cars, and left to think about things. He never pushed me for anything beyond that. I texted and emailed him a few questions, and then life happened and I was tied up for several weeks. Rob checked in on me once, I explained I was very busy and he left me alone. COMPLETELY!! What salesman does that? I assume it's a salesman confident in his product and his business. Because sure enough when I got caught up, I called Rob back and he went right back to no pressure, yet helpful mode. I wanted a car he didn't have, he looked all over the place, gave me many options, and of course in the end I bought a car he had on the lot. He never got annoyed at all my questions, demands, concerns, etc. He just helped me come to my own decision. The buying process was easy as well, the finance manager, Danny, was very efficient, helpful, and made what can be a painful experience so easy.
