Everything I needed to know about my purchase was explained to me. I felt like Tim was really looking out for me and trying to give me a good deal and make sure I was happy with my vehicle choice, not just trying to sell me a car at an unreasonably high rate or try to push me into a car that would give him the most profit, like the other dealerships I have visited. Our salesman, Tim DaCosta, found us the perfect vehicle, he patiently responded to all of our questions, and he tirelessly walked us through all the paperwork, staying with us well after closing. He set us up with an appointment the following morning with Eric Dahlgren, a delivery specialist, whose sole job is to instruct the customer on anything and everything about their new vehicle.
