The Service Dept is the WORST I've ever dealt with. They are very frustrating to deal with and their policy regarding loaner cars is ridiculous. The Service Mgr said that they must evaluate a car's They are very frustrating to deal with and their policy regarding loaner cars is ridiculous. The Service Mgr said that they must evaluate a car's service needs to ensure that the services required will take over 5-hours to complete. Then, if it's over 5-hours, they will authorize a loaner car. This defeats the whole reason for a loaner car and requires the customer to take a day off from work to have them service your car. I guess this is why I often hear that Ramsey Subaru Service is much better. More
