My Review Of Jon Hall Chevrolet:
Brought my vehicle for routine maintenance for which I had received coupons from the dealership. After paying the bill, I noticed on my way to the vehicle that the cashier had not applied one of the coupons. I went back to my customer service rep who brought the bill back to the cashier. When she processed the credit, she asked me why I hadn't brought it to her attention while paying the bill - like somehow I was the problem. After I told her that I didn't want to waste her time going over a full accounting of the bill during the payment process, she acted petulant (again, like I was the problem). I finally stated that I was not the one who had made the mistake, to which she gave me a sarcastic "have a nice day". I won't be returning to this dealership, despite the very satisfactory performance of my service rep (Gary).
