Not only did they negotiate on an already good price, they delivered! The process was absolutely the best experience that I have had making a car purchase. No sitting in a showroom for 5 hours dealing with negotiations and paperwork. No haggling. It was perfect. I'd like to give a shout-out to Ashley and Senal for helping us and the excellent communication. Also, to Bruce who delivered it with care. When we buy again, we will be looking your way! Thank you! That said, my experience completely turned around once I met Bryant. Bryant was outstanding. He was professional, clear, and genuinely helpful from the start. He took the time to explain everything, set expectations, and made it clear that he was going to take care of me. You hear that kind of thing a lot, but with Bryant, it was obvious he meant it. His approach immediately put me at ease and changed the entire tone of the visit. I’ve always had good experiences with Joyce Koons, and Bryant is a big reason why I’ll continue coming back. I wanted to share my experience because it truly included both frustrating challenges and a strong example of dealership support and advocacy. In September 2024, I purchased a vehicle that unfortunately b both frustrating challenges and a strong example of dealership support and advocacy. In September 2024, I purchased a vehicle that unfortunately began experiencing multiple mechanical issues within the first year of ownership. Over a four-month period, these problems resulted in repeated repairs, extended downtime, and reliance on loaner vehicles. When exploring options for assistance, I was directed to GM corporate to pursue a buyback or resolution. That portion of the experience was difficult, with limited communication and a denial that created uncertainty and stress. Where this story changes is with the dealership. Once dealership leadership became involved, the experience improved significantly. I want to specifically recognize Matthew, Joon, and Bob for their professionalism and willingness to advocate on my behalf behind the scenes. Their involvement demonstrated accountability and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction during a complicated situation. While escalation took time, the dealership ultimately stepped in and helped move the situation toward resolution. Their advocacy and willingness to support a customer facing a difficult manufacturer process did not go unnoticed. I appreciate the dealership team’s effort and am now enjoying my vehicle. I plan to update this review after several months of ownership to reflect my long-term experience. More
