Bottom-line they new they had lost the paper work and didn't want to fess up until the deal was closed. Now do not have my registration for my 2014 Silverado which they used to build the paperwork for my new 2015 Honda Accord (no trade in - cash deal). So now I'm on my own getting new inspections and registration for my truck. Coons will not return phone calls or emails. What started off as a decent expeierence would now not recommend in the future. More

He went back and forth trying to get the keys for to test drive the cars and I asked him if he was tired and he said no; I know was tired because I was walking towards the front and the back of the dear to look at cars. I went into 3 Honda dealerships in NoVa (and called several others). Joyce Koons Honda was the only dealership where I didn't feel pressured. They simply provided me with information, encouraged me to test drive as much as I wanted and educated me about their service program. Seems to me like they are concerned with keeping you happy and returning as a life-long customer as you transition from car-to-car as opposed to other dealerships that prioritize getting the one time sale from you. Many of the sales people I dealt with at other dealerships were ignorant about their maintenance programs and warranties and they were downright obnoxious! ("What's keeping you from buying this car TODAY?" What do I have to do to get your to buy TODAY?" "Well, if you don't buy today, the car will probably be gone when you come back.") If you're interested in a Honda, I would strongly encourage you to go to Joyce Koons Honda for their no-haggle policy, professionalism, excellent customer service philosophy and their wonderful maintenance program (lifetime free oil & filter changes, lifetime powertrain warranty...). They offered me the lowest sales price I could find, but I wanted to buy from them anyway because I trust them to take good care my car over time and treat me with respect. More

This transaction started when I was looking for one type of Honda Accord Touring Hybrid, with a specific color and interior. Joyce Koons had the only Accord Touring Hybrid that met my entire search criteria in Northern Virginia! The Hybrid runs absolutely great and is a smooth ride...and the gas mileage is incredible. I'm impressed with the vehicle and the staff of Joyce Koons. There was no deception and honesty was the order of the transaction. John of Finance made things very smooth and efficient with the paperwork needed. John answered all the questions I had with the Finance end of the deal. I enjoyed spending some time with Kebir both in person and via phone, it felt like he was family! I will definitely go back to Joyce Koons. More
