Always courteous and helpful I was immediately met by an advisor, not rushed as to what I needed to have done. The waiting area is very pleasant and has comfortable seating. Easy purchase and great people It was surprisingly no hassle purchase experience. Gave me an out the door price via email. Other dealers reluctantly offered to match this price, could not go lower. Other dealers never offered a price via email. Not until I told them I got a quote. They were all playing the sales game. My belief is that when dealer offers a definitive price via email, that means they are offering lowest possible price and they are doing so because they know others cant go lower. Joyce Koons Honda did that for me. I think this is the way car buying should be. No hassle. Sales consultant Ahmed was one of the nicest guy to deal with. Tim was awesome and Mario was pleasant and polite. I really hope they will continue to do well in this business. I hope Joyce Honda will continue to do business like this. More

Failure to accomplish simple maintenance correctly I brought vehicle in for a simple coolant change. After getting home with the vehicle I noticed there was no coolant in the reservoir. I checked th I brought vehicle in for a simple coolant change. After getting home with the vehicle I noticed there was no coolant in the reservoir. I checked the engine when hot and there was just a little coolant there---but we'll below the low mark. I check over a couple days with no change. I brought the vehicle back to Koons and explained the situation. He wanted to run the car for up to an hour to make sure the thermostat was working. I told him I felt the thermostat was fine because the coolant level changed when the engine was hot. He then agreed to add coolant. I got home and found that when the engine was cool the coolant level was higher but still below the low mark. This caused me to have to bring it back a third time to get more coolant added. Since then everything has been fine. I realize mistakes happen but not once did anyone I spoke to at the dealer in person even offer a simple apology. This combined with their failure to tighten the oil pan drain plug more than hand tight a couple of years ago,resulting in oil dripping from an almost brand new vehicle has convinced me that Koons cannot be relied on to correctly maintain vehicles. More

This additional services saved us a huge amount of time of not having to vist the DMV and wait.
