This place is a "must go!". The customer service was at the highest quality. No pressure. They worked diligently to find you the best deal and car with the price that matches you and your budget! I would certainly and most definitely go back. By far outweighed any other experience I've ever had with any dealership. Phil James is the person to see! He went above and beyond to help me feel like I mattered and to help me find the right car to fit my budget. He even drove me around himself to give me a guided tour in order to take a look at other options. Go see these guys! You won't be disappointed! Thanks Phil and Karl Malone Toyota!

My Review of Karl Malone Toyota & Scion:
My name Is James. My son just went threw a devorce and lost everything. Including the car. But atleast he got all the children. This left my son with quite the delemia. So we start to search dealerships over and over and kept getting shut down because of how much money we wanted to spend. Each dealership kept saying the same thing let me check and all get back to you on that Sir. Then I phone Karl Malone Toyota expecting to here the same comment.
Instead I spoke to a young fella by the name of Grandin. Im not sure what his last name was but I don't think there are very many Grandins out there. Anyways I told him my situation and he listened to me and told me and my son to come right now, I'd love to help your family. He worked so hard for us, there wasn't even a car on the lot he was working at, Expesally not one for the price we were trying to spend. He left for about 15m and came back with the perfect mini van for my sons family. Not only did he go out of his way to help a family and probably not make very much money. He made sure that we could afford it even know I know it was much more than he charge us.
This showed me that this dealership is not all about money but it's also about helping others that really need help. Thank you Grandin and Karl Malone Toyota. You help a family in need and now I will always be a Karl Malone Toyota shopper an referral for others. If you are looking for great customer service and honest salesman this would be a great place to start.

Would recommend the servicing department, but not the sales department---that is a whole other story! The service department was friendly and helpful and accurate.

My Review of Karl Malone Toyota & Scion:
Out of the two experiences in buying cars this was by far the best experience. We got a 0% fixed 60 month loan plus double the amount I thought I was going to get for my trade in. The staff was fantastic and supper friendly.

The first time I went in I told Ryan that I was not buying a car at that moment and he still treated me as if I were buying a car...answering all of my questions.

Scott is probably the most knowledgable, professional, and friendliest salesperson I've ever met! I have never had a good experience buying a car... until now! Not once was I pressured, and he made me feel like I was an old friend, as opposed to just trying to make a sale and get me out of there. I have had my Venza for 2 years now. From the time I walked in the door to buy it until today, I have been treated with respect and genuine care. I have had my car in a couple of times for maintenance and they always get me in and out on time. I enjoy the people and the facility, a class act.

Bought a new scion from Karl Malone Toyota last month, BY FAR THE BEST STAFF I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! You just don't get customer service like these guys can offer anymore. Visited several different Toyota dealerships within Salt Lake area, and no longer will i go anywhere else but here. Never seen so many people treat me so well and be so excited to earn my business! Had some accessories put on after the sale and was kept in the loop through every step, everything agreed upon was promised, and got a shuttle ride to and from work! Truly the best place to go to buy a new car/get service! The mailman definitely delivers!
