My Review Of Keeler Mercedes-Benz:

This place is heaven, as compared to the nightmare of dealing with Manhattan Mercedes, and in fact, as compared to dealing with any car dealership we've visited over the last 10 years. It's the best. They are polite. They care. They pick up our car for service, give us a loaner, return car in no time, gleaming and fixed with no glitch. I would, obviously, recommend them over all others.

My Review Of Keeler Mercedes-Benz:

Once your Mercedes is out of Warranty, the repair prices are through the roof. I brought my car in for a fuel problem. They determined it was the fuel pump, sending unit, seals and a sensor. Repair price $1400. I then called the parts dept for the parts and he quoted me $954 because he knew I had a repair order on the car. I called another Mercedes parts dealer and was quoted under $400. I found the part online for $208 and paid $200 for te install. Car runs like a champ.

Story 2. Air condiioning compressor went in the car. Keeler wants $1800 to repair it. I buy the comopressor online for $382 and have a local mechanic install it for $300 and it works fine.

I don't mind paying a premium for genuine work and parts, but this is ripping people off.

My Review Of Keeler Mercedes-Benz:

I ordered a new Honda automobile from this dealer and gave a deposit. For over one year they never seemed to be able to come up with the car no matter how many times I went there. I finally brought my contract to a lawyer who told me that since this car year is now beyond one year the contract cannot be enforced. All during this time they kept raising the price of the car. I contacted the New York State Attorney General who made them return my deposit. Their response to his inquiry was that I never retunred their phone calls. That was untrue , I neve received any phone calls. When I went to pick up my deposit they suddenly tell me that my car came in and they led me back to a car which was the wrong color and had the wrong engine in it. They insult your intelligence. I could have bought the exact same model in any color a year earlier for a thousand dollars less because no one would but this model with the engine it had. They were a dime a dozen. I met my salesman later off site and he told me the sales manager took a car he had ordered for his sons school teacher and sold it to a friend of the dealers bookeeper. This had the effect of making his sons teacher wait longer and also have to pay a higher price. Anyone who would sign a contract with this dealer needs to know the contract is worthless. They get a car in that you ordered and if one of their friends wants it then guess who gets the car you ordered and were waiting for?
