We are so excited to have purchased our second vehicle from Keith Pierson Toyota. After visiting other dealers in the NE Jax area, we figured to go and see what KPT had to offer. Allison Baker from the from Keith Pierson Toyota. After visiting other dealers in the NE Jax area, we figured to go and see what KPT had to offer. Allison Baker from the start was so polite and listened to our requests and needs. Guided us through the process, including test drive and overview of vehicle and options. Once we test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward, Moe Kucanin came by with the offer and was very polite and entertaining. The offer was spot on off the bat, exactly what we anticipated and let Allison know in the beginning that we could afford. Both Allison and Moe were OUTSTANDING.. We are very happy with our purchase and will continue to support Keith Pierson Toyota. More

This dealership is awesome to do business with. Coley was my salesman. As a Costco Member there are several perks and upgrades. He was straightforward with everything and unlike other deals in the Coley was my salesman. As a Costco Member there are several perks and upgrades. He was straightforward with everything and unlike other deals in the past with other dealerships, my deal was very quick and I was out the door with my new Camry. To sweeten the deal, I drove my parents old Camry back for them after they had made their purchase, but I was going to make a run back over with my trade in. Yes, they hadn’t gotten my vehicle I traded in. Coley came to me and said how about I drive your Camry for you home and pick up your truck so you don’t have to make another trip over here today. I was blown away. He insisted despite having things to do in the office and could have taken another customer to make another sell, he drove a 96 mile drive to pick up my truck and drive back to Jax. This man has outstanding customer service skills that has really stuck with me. I know where I’m going for my next Toyota. Give Coley a call for your next deal. I also will shout out to Tanisha and Jay who helped coordinate things with my parents and myself. More
