The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It was pouring down rain the day I visited the dealership and there were no trucks in the showroom, (I was originally looking for a truck), Donald took me around the lot in a new truck and showed me all the new models, and even the used section as I had mentioned that I might be willing to purchase a used one. He seemed very knowledgeable of all the models and their price ranges. Once back inside the showroom, I looked over a 2012 Camry and had a change of heart, I really was impressed with the styling and considering my wife's car, our trip car, is getting older every year, I decided to pursue purchasing a Camry. Donald did not bat an eye, he did not seem bothered at all that I had taken a totally different interest, I actually felt bad that I had wasted his time looking at the trucks; he did not seem to share this feeling. The professionalism and courtesy did not start nor end with Donald, but was evidenced by everyone associated with the dealership. I'm not an expert nor even an experienced buyer, (as I keep my vehicles until the wheels fall off), but this experience was exactly what I would have expected, had I been shopping for a Rolls-Royce. Keep up the great work, you won me over, I'll be back.

I started out just looking at new Toyota's while my car was being serviced. The sales man was very helpful and didn't pressure us at all. Donald Wyche was happy to show us all the cars we were interested in. The selection was extensive. People were all very friendly. This is the 4th vehicle I wound up purchasing from this dealership. I always get prompt courteous service from the sales people and the service department is very professional and expedites my visits nicely.The included lifetime warranty is a nice free touch, very reassuring in today's world.
I've bought cars from Florida to California over the years. This dealership is by far the best I have ever been in. It is always nice to see the owner and his family around the place also. This place is definitely a crown jewel in Toyota's representatives. Always clean and upbeat. The ability to get service 7 days a week is also a plus when needed.

It is never easy purchasing a new car, it seems to be, at least for me, to be overwhelming...but Keith Pierson's staff makes it a very pleasant experience! Donald is such a joy to work with, this is our second vehicle purchasing from Donald. He makes you feel like you are his only customer. He is always calling to make sure everything is good with us and our vehicle. The rest of the staff was friendly and easy to work with as well.
I would recommend Keith Pierson to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I would, also tell them to ask for Donald Wyche to be their salesman.
Their service department is second to none! I have been very pleased every time I go in for service.
Overall the whole experience was great!

i came in expecting to get a used 2012 camry but Donald had higher expectation for me. My bank approved me with a Apr of 6.49% but Donald got me in a 2013 Camry LE at 0% apr a deal i couldnt pass up. I really appreciate him working hard for me i truely appreciated his kindness and effort to keep a smile on my face. I will never forget the experience i had and i not only had a greater salesman but now a good friend for life. Thanks Keith Pierson for employing such a awesome employer. First time that I have ever owned a Toyota and I must say that I love my Camry SE! Daniel Brower and staff was so very helpful and friendly. I told Daniel exactly what I wanted and he showed me the car that I wanted. The service dept was just as friendly to me. I will deff let everyone know how Keith Pierson was so friendly.

We were greeted at the door by a very professional greeter asking, why were there for service or sales. After a few minutes of conversation and our reason for visiting this dealership we were introduced to Alex B. The door greeting was great because at most dealerships a sales person comes running out the door at you. Alex B showed us a number of vehicles after we explained what we were look for. We had no intention of buy this day just to look. Alex B was very helpful and knew the products. There was no pressure to buy. Mr. Keith Pierson visited with us and we had a very nice conversation on our families and hobbies no pressures sales. We do purchase a new 2012 Camry Hybrid this sale took a number of hours and Alex B was with us the full time. Everyone that we dealt with in this experience was very nice and helpful. This is a great dealership and we will recommend it to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
